By accessing or using viregistryreview.com, angioce.com, and any related services, applications, or platforms (collectively, "the Service"), operated by Radiology Reviews LLC, a Maryland limited liability company ("we," "us," "our," or "the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Radiology Reviews LLC.
Radiology Reviews LLC operates educational platforms serving medical imaging professionals, primarily radiologic technologists preparing for or maintaining ARRT certifications.
2.1 IR Online Academy.
The IR Online Academy is a comprehensive study platform offering practice questions, study materials, flashcards, learning paths, spaced repetition, case reviews, and progress tracking designed to help users prepare for the Vascular Interventional Radiography (VI) registry examination and related credentialing examinations.
2.2 Continuing Education (CE) Courses.
We offer ASRT-approved Category A continuing education courses for radiologic technologists. Upon successful course completion, users may report earned credits to the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) to satisfy biennial CE requirements, Structured Education (SE) requirements, or Continuing Qualifications Requirements (CQR), subject to ARRT's content alignment determinations.
2.3 Institutional Cohort Packages.
We offer multi-seat licensing packages for colleges, residency programs, hospitals, and other institutions, with administrative dashboards for educators to track student progress. Institutional packages are governed by these Terms in addition to any separate institutional agreement.
3.1 Account Creation.
To access the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:
3.2 Device Limit.
Each individual account is limited to use on a maximum of two (2) devices simultaneously. Account sharing with other individuals is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
3.3 CE Credit Attribution.
For ASRT-approved continuing education courses, users must provide accurate identifying information for credit reporting purposes, including:
Misrepresentation of identity, falsification of credentials, or any attempt to obtain CE credit on behalf of another person constitutes a material violation of these Terms and may result in account termination, revocation of issued credits, and reporting to ARRT and/or ASRT.
3.4 Institutional Accounts.
Users accessing the Service through an institutional cohort license must comply with the terms of the institutional agreement. Educator and administrator accounts are limited to the institution's designated personnel and may not be shared.
3.5 Eligibility.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. The Service is intended for medical professionals and students; we do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18.
4.1 IR Online Academy Lifetime Access.
The IR Online Academy is offered as a one-time purchase of $297 (or current listed price) granting access to the Service for as long as the Service remains operational. Refund requests for academy purchases will be considered on a case-by-case basis within seven (7) days of purchase, provided the user has accessed less than 10% of the content.
4.2 Continuing Education Course Refunds.
CE courses are sold individually or as bundles. The following refund policy applies to all CE course purchases:
4.3 Member Discount Pricing.
Active IR Online Academy members receive approximately 30% off retail pricing on individual CE courses and bundles. Member pricing is available only while academy access is active. If an academy purchase is refunded, any CE courses purchased at the member rate may, at the Company's discretion, be either (a) re-billed at the retail price difference, or (b) refunded in full.
4.4 Institutional Cohort Packages.
Cohort packages (5, 10, 15, or 20 seats; 6 or 12 month durations) are non-refundable after the first user account within the cohort has been activated. Unused seats within an active cohort are not refundable but may be reassigned to different users within the institution at the educator's discretion, subject to availability and term limits.
4.5 Pricing and Discounts.
All prices displayed at checkout are final. Promotional discounts and member pricing cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to prior purchases. The Company reserves the right to modify pricing for future purchases at any time without notice; prior purchases are not affected.
4.6 Payment Processing.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. Radiology Reviews LLC does not store, process, or have direct access to your full credit card or banking information. Your payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe in accordance with their privacy and security practices and applicable PCI-DSS standards. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
5.1 Credit Issuance.
Upon successful completion of an ASRT-approved CE course — including completion of all lessons (marked complete) and passing the post-test — a certificate of completion is automatically generated and made available for download or print as a PDF. Credits are reported to ARRT through the ASRT CE Sponsor Suite.
5.2 Post-Test Attempts.
Users are permitted three (3) attempts to pass the post-test for each CE course. If a user fails the post-test three times, the user must complete a full review of the course material before the post-test is unlocked for additional attempts.
5.3 Credit Reporting Responsibility.
While we report earned credits to ARRT, users are responsible for:
5.4 No Guarantee of Acceptance.
We do not guarantee acceptance of credits by any specific state licensing board, certifying body, or institution beyond ARRT. Users are responsible for verifying credit applicability to their specific licensing or recertification requirements.
5.5 Course Updates.
CE course content may be updated, revised, or corrected during the ASRT approval period. Users have access to the current version of each course at the time they begin it. Material changes to a course after a user has begun but not completed the course will be communicated, and users will retain access to complete the course version they began.
6.1 Ownership.
All content on the Service, including but not limited to questions, explanations, study materials, course text, learning objectives, clinical pearls, references, images, illustrations, videos, audio, software, design, and structural organization, is the property of Radiology Reviews LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

6.3 Permitted Personal Use.
Notwithstanding Section 6.2, registered users may make limited copies of Service content (such as handwritten notes, printed flashcards, or personal study annotations) for their own individual study purposes, provided such copies are not distributed, shared, posted publicly, or used for any commercial purpose.
6.4 AI-Assisted Features.
Certain features within the Service may incorporate artificial intelligence to enhance user experience, content organization, and learning support. AI-assisted features are designed to supplement, not replace, expert-reviewed educational content. All CE course content is human-authored and reviewed regardless of any AI assistance used in content organization or platform features.
6.5 User Feedback.
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Service, you grant Radiology Reviews LLC a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use such feedback for any purpose without obligation or compensation to you.
7.1 General Disclaimer.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7.2 No Guarantee of Exam Success.
While we strive for accuracy and comprehensive content, we do not guarantee:
The Service is a study aid and should be used in conjunction with other educational resources, formal clinical training, and supervised clinical experience.
7.3 Clinical Content Disclaimer.
Clinical content within CE courses and the IR Online Academy, including information related to patient care, complication management, medication dosing, emergency response, and procedural technique, is educational in nature and does not constitute medical advice. Users must apply professional clinical judgment, follow institutional protocols, comply with applicable supervision requirements, and operate within their scope of practice. Radiology Reviews LLC assumes no liability for clinical decisions made based on Service content.

8.3 Jurisdictional Limitations.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, the Company's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
9.1 Data Collection.
In the course of providing the Service, we collect and process user data including but not limited to:
9.2 Privacy Policy.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
9.3 Educational Records.
Learning analytics and performance data are maintained to support your learning experience, generate certificates, and report credits to ARRT. Institutional educators have access to anonymized or attributed progress data for students within their cohort, as appropriate for educational oversight.
9.4 Internal Data Integrations.
Certain internal Company workflows utilize third-party services (such as Google Drive) for content management. These integrations are limited to Company-owned content and do not access, sync, or process user data outside the Service.
10.1 Service Communications.
By creating an account, you consent to receive transactional communications from us related to your account, purchases, credit reporting, and Service updates. These communications are necessary for the operation of the Service and cannot be opted out of while your account remains active.

With your consent, we may send marketing communications including newsletters, course launch announcements, promotional offers, and educational content. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting support@viregistryreview.com. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional communications.

12.2 Termination by Company.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:
12.3 Effect of Termination.
Upon termination for cause:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

13.3 Informal Resolution.
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through informal communication. The complaining party shall provide written notice describing the dispute and the requested resolution to the other party, and the parties shall have thirty (30) days to resolve the matter informally.
14.1 Entire Agreement.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable institutional agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Radiology Reviews LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
14.2 Severability.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
14.3 No Waiver.
Failure by the Company to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that provision or the Company's right to enforce it in the future.
14.4 Assignment.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
